Zenith Ballet Project (ZBP) is a premier ballet company for adults aged 25 and older. ZBP performs classical and contemporary ballet, featuring both classical repertoire and original choreography. Committed to demonstrating the inherent talent and artistry adults possess, ZBP showcases just how much capacity adults have to dance ballet with technical and artistic brilliance, trailblazing a path to shatter the current narrative and ideas surrounding adult ballet dancers.
Led by artistic director Leigh Grant, the company season runs from October-June.
JOINING ZBP
Admittance to Zenith Ballet Project is by audition only.
For our inaugural season, we have 15 spots in the main company with 5 additional spots as supernumeraries ("extras"). To join our company, dancers must be 25 years of age or older at the time of the audition, and must have a minimum of two years ballet training. For supernumeraries, dancers must be 25 years of age or older at the time of the audition, and a minimum of one year ballet training.
Dancers must commit to rehearsals and performance schedules, and will be required to take company class, held before each rehearsal.
